As an Executive Coach, and part of Columbia University’s Coaching Certification Program, I partner with senior leaders in fast-moving, complex businesses to actualize their full potential at critical points in their careers. I work with clients to identify blockers to achieving superior results, both in terms of what they can achieve and how they achieve it.

Foundation – I take a pragmatic, concrete approach to helping leaders gain valuable insights into their own behavior and drivers and explore ways to enhance performance through new ways of thinking, working, communicating, and leading. I leverage research-based best practices, a foundation in general and industrial psychology, and over two decades of real world experience working as a senior HR executive in global, matrixed consumer organizations.

My services are a unique investment in a company’s top talent and can accelerate both an individual’s performance and their subsequent ability to improve the culture and productivity of their teams.

Services – Every client engagement is different and tailored to the unique needs of the situation. Most engagements last three to six months and often include a front end assessment of needs, collection of feedback from appropriate stakeholders, weekly or biweekly coaching sessions, and periodic check-ins on progress.
